Challenge
Today we sell capacity for salons within the beauty and wellness industry. This industry has a turnover of over 12 BNOK only in Norway and with around 10 000 salons of various size. This market is characterized by a conservative attitude towards technology and loyalty to existing booking systems. ( existing systems are in-house booing system and do not reach out to new customers in the way Droppin do). We want to explore new market opportunities and want you do look into new markets with great potential. What services need Droppin to fill capacity and what services would make it much easier for the customers? What are the potential, how is the barriers ....?
